Friday, November 01, 2002 YEAH! What an invigorating workout! 1.) Mile Run 2.) 350 Crunches 3.) 3 sets of dips and pull ups on the gravitron 4.) A few mins on this machine I didn't like (that one doesn't count eh?) 5.) Tricep, Bicep, and Butterfly workout on free weights Wahoo! Haven't had one of those in a couple of days...and the gym was so empty cause it's Halloween and people are out partying...can I just have the gym to myself for the rest of the year? please???? posted by Sewa at 2:35:00 AM # |
