Friday, November 22, 2002 Argh...making changes around here is certainly not an easy thing to do. But I just wanted to say thanks BH for helping me along a little more and of course Thumbs too who started this all for me. But yeah I've of course run into a little problem again. *sigh* I've tried to figure it out for the past couple of hours while I was making other changes. I bet it's going to be something simple that I just COULD NOT do cause I'm a retard. It's my very last links box at the bottom. It won't line up with the rest and keeps going in the center. First off, I wanted to let all of you know that Cassie and Lizzie are officially my future roommates for next year! Yay! Although this happened a couple weeks ago, I'm still incredibly excited. Cassie and I "camped out" for apts. We were SO LUCKY! We wanted a three bed/three bath unit. And in this AWESOME complex Our Future Crib! there are only 36 units that are 3bed/3bath. So after the preleasing that we missed, they already rented out 15 units and then after the current tenants renewed their leases, there were only FOUR left! So what ended up happening was that Cassie and I waited out in front of the leasing office at 5am! And we weren't even the first ones there! We were the second in line. So now that my mom came and signed my guarantor papers, we are all good to go! WAHOO! I can't explain how excited I am. The cool thing is although we didn't have much of a choice in what was left, for example we wanted a second or a third floor unit but there were only first floor units left, we at least got an apt. Our apt is gonna be SO SWEET. It's gonna be on the first floor, with a pool view. It's LITERALLY next to the pool. Once you step onto our patio you're smack next to the pool, hot tub, 24hr fitness room, 24hr billiards and game room! There's a ton of other awesome perks about this place...it's gonna be nice to have a real kitchen and a full size washer and dryer RIGHT THERE. And now the three of us are already shopping for stuff for the apt.
