Thoughts of a Growing Christian | |||
Saturday, June 28, 2003 I have really small ears... Besides looking at them and seeing that they are really small and being told by others that they're really small, I've come across something else that just drives it on home. I realize that I am under major discomfort with earpieces. I hate the kind of headphones that are the ones that you just shove into your ear. I think they're kinda icky. And they hurt my ears like no other. I can hardly even fit them in and when I do manage to wedge like half of it in, it always starts to slide back out cause my ears are too small. Literally I can fit so much of it in and it hurts...bah. That's why I think the kind that you put over your ear is so much better and so much more comfortable. Or maybe I'm the only one that has this problem... -_- posted by Sewa at 3:06:00 AM # Friday, June 27, 2003 ![]() You are Psalms. Which book of the Bible are you? brought to you by Quizilla posted by Sewa at 2:20:00 PM # Thursday, June 26, 2003 I just lost a poem I just wrote. Argh. I get frustrated enough when I lose big entries...but when I lost my most favorite form of the written word that I spend so much time on, then I'm ready to blow the roof off. posted by Sewa at 3:02:00 AM # Wednesday, June 25, 2003 oh dear did I fall behind on blogs again....blame it on the hectic schedule... I've been finishing up my orgo chem class which the final is in about 6 hours and I'm scared like no other. And last week I had an exam in that class too. But I also had vbs (vacation bible school), teaching 5th and 6th graders. I can honestly say I am not cut out to be a teacher for the rest of my life. Glad I'm going into PA. Those kids were monsters. I was literally dead at the end of each day and I fell asleep at the wheel every time I drove during that week. I've never taught that age group before so I didn't know what I was in for. I've taught 1st and 2nd graders and they're great! I love em! So cute and attentive if you're animated. But now that's over and *sigh of relief.* I think any more of that and I would have been hospitalized for exhaustion. Maybe it was because of class too...dunno...it was still a good experience though. Then went to the race for the cure on saturday. That was fun too cept my exhaustion had carried over. But I was glad so many made it and the prerace for the cure pasta party was good too...so MUCH food. Then birmingham, coldstone, DON'T go see Alex and Emma...yadda yadda...this is turning into a life summary blog. For the past couple of days I've been driving around a Silver 2003 RSX. It's certainly nice to cruise around in that thing...feelin' all sporty and fly. But in the back is an ever so discreet "courtesy car." I'm driving this around while our 3.2 is getting fixed. It's cute, got decent acceleration and I love the new car smell but it's so bumpy. My dad tells me that's how all sports cars are cause the shocks are adjusted a little tighter. But I'll have to give it up soon. Guess I should enjoy it while I can. Vroom vroom! posted by Sewa at 12:08:00 PM # |
