Saturday, August 09, 2003 Recently, we've been shorthanded at the restaurant so it get's really busy sometimes with just the family working. But I don't know how my rents do it. I was exhausted today at about 11pm and they work way longer than I do too. Working all these days in a row and not being able to go out I'm just getting so tired of work and so sick of it...but today I was so tired I felt as though I was gonna fall over. Just to give you an idea, my legs felt as though they're were gonna fall off but yet there were a bunch of orders and I was just packin' away and then I saw this bloody bag! I look down and then all of a sudden I was gushing blood. I was so tired and so robotic I didn't even notice I had a cut till I saw the paper bag covered in blood. After it registered I had a cut it hurt like no other. To make matters worse I was making fajitas for dinner for the family. And what did I do? Cut tomatos...slight acidity on the cut...ouch. Cut jalapenos more stinging...yeow. Squeezed limes for the fresh salsa...major acidity of the cut...YEOWWWWWWWWW!!!! Oiy...what a day. posted by Sewa at 2:50:00 AM # Thursday, August 07, 2003 I saw Mars!!! Everyone go outside and find Mars at night! Look towards the East you can actually see it with your naked eye. Thanks to Saw Saw Day who informed me otherwise I would have thought it was another star. But it's not gonna be this close until Aug 28, 2287....so yeah better check it out now!
